Busy week....

This isnt an easy week for me! Feel so stress and tied up.

This week was my first time taking up the position as a course commander for GE Supply Assistant. As I'm still new, there are still lots of things that I need to learn from.

Following are the things that I cannot stand during this week....

1) Cannot tahan the attitude of the young kids now-a-days. So pampered!!! Like to talk back!
2) Give lots of execuses.
3) Got so many admin to do!! And there are so many different formate. Dunno which one to follow!!! Lucky got ppl to ask.
4) Feel like setting a standard in doing admin. Just don't feel right when things dont goes smoothly for me.

Lucky for me GE is only a 5 days course. Tomorrow is the last day le! YES!!!
Going to be a free man soon.

Yesterday went to watch Invisible Target @ 0145 hrs... so late and tired... but one good thing is that the movie still not bad if not really not worth it to stay up so late to catch that. haha...

Its not easy being a part-time student... 3 more weeks and its exam period... so sian... have to rush for tutorial and get ready to revise for exams... everyday not enough sleep. In the day have to take trainees for lesson, vomit blood than at night have to go for lesson till 2130hrs... so shack... dunno how much longer i can tahan.... still though of carry on with my degree course... wah.. sian man....

Just now went for a jog cum swim. So shack lor... jog from my place to Hougang Swimming complex... that's about 5Km... and I took 25mins... wonder that is fast or slow haha... than after than went for a swim - 10 lapes... Now I feel like dying, so long never do such siong exercise le haha.... But I'm also not training up for AHM... wah kao dunno can survive 21Km a not haha... furthermore the run is end of next month... think have to do lots of training le... if not sure cannot make it de...

Another thing that bothers me is that few days back I receive a call from higher HQ, they said than I'm shortlisted for the degree course. Now specialist are opened for degree course -- SAF sponsor. Unlike last time only officer can go for degree course. They asked me to go down to HQ for an interview. But I asked my boss to check he said dont have. Now I dunno who is saying the correct thing. And if I'm really given that chose, am I going to do it? 5yrs for part time leh... siong... if i take full time I'll lost my seniority in the camp... sux!! hai really dunno how...

After so long... I'm back blogging... =)

Was OUT OF VOICE for the pass 3 days!! sad... but good for my trainees they are so happy that I lost my voice, so that there wont be anyone to scold them when they made any mistake... The reason I lost my voice was because of my trainees.

Its been a long time since I erupted. I think the last time I erupted was like 10 yrs ago when I'm in the uniform group during sec sch days. Erupted also beacuse of my cadets.. haizzz....

Think have to drill some basic regimentation into the trainess, all thinking that since after BMT they are old birds. WRONG mindset! Now-a-days kids are so pampered. But appropriate discipline is required.

But never mind I'm getting part of my voice back. Hope that I'll recover soon.
